WELL I HAVE BEEN ON THE LOSING JOURNEY SINCE MAY 13TH AND I HAVE HAD MY UPS AND DOWNS. I WENT FOR MY FIRST FILL THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE. AND OF COURSE THE DOCTOR TELLS ME THAT I AM DOING A GREAT JOB, AND GIVES ME A NEW SENERIO OF STUFF TO DO. I HAVE TO WEIGH MYSELF EVERYMORNING. IF MY WEIGHT LOSS IS GOOD THEN KEEP DOING WHAT I AM DOING. IF I DON'T LOSE A POUND IN 5 DAYS THEN I NEED TO DRINK PROTEIN DRINKS 3 TIMES A DAY UNTIL I LOSE 2 LBS OR MORE. IF I GAIN WEIGHT THEN I NEED TO GO ON THE PROTEIN DRINK UNTIL I LOSE THE POUND I GAIN PLUS 1. THIS IS VERY CONFUSING. I HAVE BEEN WEIGHING MYSELF EVERY MORNING. BUT I HAVE NOT GAINED A POUND, BUT I HAVE NOT LOST. I WAS AT A PLATEAU FOR ABOUT 7 DAYS. I DID THE PROTEIN THING AND LOST WHAT HE WANTED BUT THEN A DAY LATER I REGAIN A POUND. MY SCALE HAS BEEN FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 1 POUND UP AND DOWN. I JUST HOPE AT MY NEXT APPOINTMENT THINGS WILL BE BETTER. I HAVE ONE ON JULY 15TH. I WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS THEN. ANY FEED BACK PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
