Hi--just thought I would update my page---I am now 3 months post op and have lost 90 pounds. My pouch doesn't seem to be expanding very fast and I have some anxiety if i will need a reversal if it never expands. I don't eat very much at all and I doubt I'm getting enough protein. When I eat I try to eat 100% protein type foods and I don't do well with the protein drinks--they are too thick (even the thin ones). Bottom line--I'm happy-my clothes don't fit and I continue to lose weight. If anyone has questions or responses pls email me direct because I don't check here that much. Jules

We have our surgeries on the same day!!!!! July 31,2001 I will keep you in my prayers and i hope you have a fast and speedy recovery..please do keep in touch with me on how you are doing we can compare each others progress..im so excited i cant wait 19 more days to go!!!! your friend
