Just DAYS away

Okay, now I am only 3 days away from the EVENT.  I hope that this surgery will really help me change things.  As I look around the forum I seem taht many people seem to gain their weight back.  I am determined that this will NOT happen to me.  Later I may look back at this blog and regret these words, but I have to build some accountability into this for myself.  I have to keep reminding myself that these changes are FOREVER.  I can't ever go back to eating the way I did before.  Exercise is going to have to become a part of my life.  I JUST HAVE TOO!!!!!
