4 Month Update- Total Loss of 67 lbs!

Start Weight: 317
Pre-Op Liquid diet                   -7 lbs   (310 lbs)
Month 1 (4/20/10- 5/20/10)    -21 lbs (289 lbs)
Month 2 (5/20/10- 6/20/10)    -15 lbs (274 lbs)
Month 3 (6/20/10- 7/20/10)    -  9 lbs (265 lbs)
Month 4 (7/20/10- 8/20/10)    -15 lbs (250 lbs)

Feeling great, and starting to look great too.  Something about the 60 lb mark made everyone start to notice I was loosing weight at work.  Still not having any issues at all.  I feel very lucky!  I have noticed I bruise very easy now, wondering if that is an iron issue.  My hair loss has been minimal, not too bad at all. Here goes month 5........
