So I am here in Baddeck NS on vacation.  Had some mussells and i have been barfing for 5 days, no food or liquiods.  I went to the hospital and they put me on IV and gravol.  I told the dr I have a lapband, he was 78 and did not know what it is.   Well I have been out one day and cannot take in food but I can swallow water which is good.  Today I noticed my feet and ankles are swollen and my abdomen.   I am thinking of going back in to the hospital and with coaching get them to do a complete defil _if they can, not sure of the risks…..when they don't know what they are doing.

But part of me wonders if this is connected to the band at all?  feel swelling?  Just worried about no food intake as it is day 6 now.
