Three Week Anniversary

It has been three weeks today that I had my RNY. I have already noticed a lot of changes...my clothes are looser, can't sit still and it has been difficult getting to sleep at night. I have stayed on track with my diet and getting in the desired amount of protien, though I feel the scale doesn't show what I have accomplished. It is very disappointing! As I go through the OH website and view the Before and After photos...I hope I can be as successful as they have been. Personally I know very few that have had the surgery, so OH is my only means of support. It has been so helpful. Tomorrow I will be into my fourth week...going to tweak my diet a bit and try to get out and walk in this beautiful weather!!

Actually down nearly five pounds this morning...no more stall :)   10/04/09
