4 years today since I got out of the hospital after surgery

Well today is 4 years since I got out of the hospital after my gastric bypass.  i can't believe it's been that long!  I have been going the wrong way again this year.  I am now up a total of 35lbs since my lowest weight (at 100lb loss) .  I am so angry with myself that i have taken the gift that was given and blown it all to hell!  I know that it is my own fault, I eat too much, eat things that I shouldn't like sweets, and don't get in enough protein everyday.  I had really slacked off - well stopped really) exercising until this past week for the past 6 months or so.  I need to SNAP OUT OF IT and get back on track!  I was supposed to go for my 4 year checkup with the doctor who did my surgery this month, but I am too embarrassed and ashamed.  But maybe I need to go to get the advice to get me back on it!  Or maybe I need to get back on this website for the support, or maybe start back going to the support meetings -  ALL THREE REALLY!!!  And definitely get motivated to exercise - should have been doing it when it was cooler - hate doing it in the heat and now i will have the "excuse" since summer is coming up.  HELP!!!

Well hopefully things will look better on my next post and hopefully that won't ake another year!!!
