Can’t find local surgeon to do thigh lift

I am 20 years post DS surgery. My only remaining skin surgery is a thought/butt lift. I live in AZ and want to find a Dr who does great thigh lifts. Unfortunately, the surgeon I've used for my other procedures doesn't want to do it. Anyone have any information that can help me ? I am willing to travel, but obviously would prefer someone local. Thank you for your help!
