Admiration for those who have gone before me

It's 21 days before my surgery by Dr. Juan Lopez Corvala and I can't believe this is going to finally happen to me.
I am starting to realize how my life is going to change for the better and I can hardly wait.... but I know that my pre- banding steps we're not wasted now or ever... because this is just a change like all the other 'changes' in my life. The only difference about this new change is that I hope will be a 'positive' in my life, never a regret. I believe I can embrace all that I need to do with the help of the band finally to help me achieve a healthy weight for the rest of my life.
