7 months out and still stuck!!

Okay, I hit a plateau at 5 month out and have not come off of it yet! It is very discourging and I don't want to be stuck here!  Everyone tells me not to worry and just keep doing what I am supposed to be doing and it will start up again. The honeymoon period couldn't be over yet, could it??  I think I will go back on a fast!   I did hear of a 5 day pouch test that I might try and see what happens. I eat plenty of protein and very little carbs.  I just need to get this thing going again!!  Any suggestions???
