Before my pre-op diet I was 273, Nothing like a week of liquids to shed a few of those. To date I am down to 264. Not to bad for one week. I know that won't last, but it sure is nice. I am anxious and looking forward to tommarrow being over.
Many thanks to all who have sent me notes, that was such a treat! It is nice to know there is a supportive community of banders.
