"Dr. B is very personable and easy to talk to. He explained all the risks as well as the benefits of the surgery. His office staff is good and always makes time to talk to me. Dr. B has a brand new aftercare program which seems to be very good, the meeting are informative and helpful. Overall, I would rate Dr. B and his staff as a 10. Hopefully, after the surgery I will not change my mind!"
