Post op week one

I had my VSG on 10/7. Surgery went well, my surgeon said I did a great job on my pre-op diet.  I was only in the hospital overnight. Being at home has been tough. I'm really struggling with getting in all my fluids and protein. The shakes are just too sweet. I never I would kill myself say that. Nothing really taste kind so I'm having to force myself to eat anything I finally got some yoghurt that tastes good as long as it's not sweet I'm okay.
