Ok So I am such a slooow loser. But I'm guessing that will happen when you get a bit off track and haven't been exercising as much as I should. I could make excuses and say that my knee was hurting and blah blah blah.... but I won't. I don't have an excuse. I will say this this morning I was 230lbs... which makes my loss so far 45lbs. I am so proud of those 45lbs. I wish it was more, but hey... I won't complain.

Anyways.... I am moving this weekend. Well Friday to be exact. And I am thinking being in a new house means I should really get back on track. And I really want too because, we're going on vacation at the end of the month (24-28th) for my sisters wedding and I would love to lose 5 more lbs by then -- really 10lbs, but I won't be greedy.. he-he. And with 5 more lbs, it will but me at 50lbs lost and I think that is so IMPRESSIVE.

Anyways... my sister in law was in town last week and we we're talking and she said that it's good I'm losing slow because with my surgery being a clinical trial and no one really being sure if the stiches will last that, if I'm losing slow than making it will be easier to keep it off afterwards. And that the last time her and I lost weight fast (doctor supervised diet and diet pills - we each lost 50 lbs in 3 months)  we gained it all back so fast after it was all said and done.
