 so i finally got the date for my surgery july 26,2011 and i couldnt be happier !!!!! i have started my pre-op protein diet , if anyone knows of a good tasting protein shake please let me know i just bought the designer whey vanilla and i hate it i really need some help ........ im getting really nervous about the surgery now , after months of  runing back and forth from appointment to appointment but i know im ready i can wait for it to be over and i could lose some weight and finally be able to play with my kids at the park without my back killing me ...............
