Kimberly, as long as you have been eating well this past month, as in getting in protein and veggies and calcium, your blood work should be fine. I am not sure why your doctor wanted you to start on vitamins before unless your hemoglobin was low, or some other value was out of whack. If that is not the case, then don't worry!
