HELLO EVERYONE IM SORRY FOR NOT UP ON MY STATUS I HAD MY SURG 8 16 2011 I WAS 430 LBS NOW IM 343 LBS I STILL CANT EAT MUCH IF I SMELL ANYTHING AFTER I EAT I WILL THROW IT BACK UP LOL AND YES I HAVE LOTS OF HANGING SKIN THAT MUST GO I STILL HAVE MY HAIR LOST SOME OF MY BOOBS WICH IS GOOD LMAO BUT ALL IN A NUT SHELL IM GOOD TALK TO YALL LATER KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

hello i'm back i just started my liquid diet on 8-3-11 so far so good ,food is very tempting but i know i can't have it


i'm going to loose my mind lol

hello everyone im back with some good news i have my date it is aug 16th im so happy but everyone i talk to say im not going to like the 2 week liquid diet thing i heard about it but people say they lost between 20-30 pounds doing that and thats a good thing can someone tell me what is all on a liquid diet i know water,broth but what else

have anyone had trouble getting a date for surgery,  they telling me something about a bill ,there is 660 credit ,my bill is 610 then there will be a amount removed of 375 novant is telling me they cant move any money until they hear from my doc office then i call the doc office they say they cant do nothing, i feel this is my hold up for my surgery SOMEONE HELP ME I NEED ADVICE!!!!!!!!

hello my friends sorry not keeping you informed in april i had a sleep study failed it seen the phyic person seen the nutrition person and it went well now up to date i had another sleep study this time i had a c pap machine it was hell to sleep with that thing on and now i have one at home next week i have to go see the excerise person i got to see how this go the last thing i have to do is my stress test i pray that it go well i will talk with yall later kep it real !!!!!

lab work after lab work after lab work its no fun glad to get them done and over with. i go 3-16-11 to the office to do 3 different types of tests lets get it on(in my sponge bob voice) im ready im ready LOL talk to yall later and as always keep it real.

my first consultation went great 2-18-2011. at first i was scared to talk then i got over it. all the info he talked to me about was good now im just waiting to do my blood work and all that other stuff. to all my friends just keep up the faith and keep it real .

today i got the phone call i been wanting its been  about two weeks feb 18th is my appointment get ready get ready get ready lol
