I could tell you a long drawn out story but the end result is that because of current & future health pain and the "self loathing - stuck in a rut & nothing works" issues I decided this was the right path/journey for me. June 11th 2015 I had my surgery and I am so happy I made that decision. No more back pain. I have lost over 50 pounds and I have energy and am emotionally sound & tickled that I can breathe and live again.
