This is how I feel I can't help it..
I want to get this surgery but from everyone I hear the same story NO..
should I?? I feel stuck..no matter what I do I don't lose weight..
I tried taking medication from my doctor and it worked but I don't want to be on meds for the rest of my life..
I feel stuck..unable...I haven't even been able to go to my first group meeting yet..

Rough start

I started my eating habits today and started walking again..even though I don't have the gym it's diffcult not being able to find a job! I've lost 80 pounds by myself without surgery...but now that I don't have the gym..slowly it's coming back..I went to a weight management doctor and I started taking phentermine..which made my heart go crazy chest pains etc..Couldn't sleep..My back pain has got worse! it seems like...every other day..Thursday is my very first meeting to register and learn more about gastric bypass...I don't want to struggle anymore...this is why I making the change now....I want to start trainning my body to be able not to eat after and before surgery..Liquids..etc to shrink my stomach........I'm starting that tomorrow...oh.so much on my mind..I know I can do it..just the start always seems so hard!
