Slightly frustrated right now. I have experienced lactose intolerance that was horrible and now the iron seems to be constipating me. And to make matters worse I seem to be kinda stuck at the 20lb mark on my weight loss.

Also,was told I would not be hungry for at least 6 months and have been hungry quite a bit. I think it may be because I am eating too fast,get full, and then get hungry sooner than I should.
   So I am off to Wal-mart in the morning for stool softener.  And I wish push foward-hopefully learning from my mistakes and not beating myself up.

Well, I am slightly disappointed.   But I have got to quit weighing everyday!!!!!    Gained a pound since yesterday.  I started my period,so that may be it,but all I seem to see is that pound.  And to make matters worse, I had real bad food cravings yesterday. But today is a new day,
   I have been doing really well on getting my protein-80-87gms.   I have been supplementing with "Bariatric Advantage" protein shots. 25gms per 3oz drink that is horrible!....lol    but it's only 3 oz so.......
   Will be glad when the soreness goes away.
Please God, keep reminding me this is a journey.
