"I have only been to my initial appointment with Dr. Dillawn, but I have to say he and the entire office staff are the best I have worked with. I went to another office first and was turned off by their hard sell approach, so I was nervous going to Dr. Dillawn's office. After attending the required seminar online and speaking to my patient advocate, some of my fears were gone. Then Dr. Dillawn walked into the exam room and immediately I felt at ease. He is obviously confident in his abilities due to his vast experience. He answered all my questions (and some I didn't even know I had!), presented all my options with benefits, risks, potential complications and lifestyle issues. He made sure I was well-informed and given time to make the choice of procedure. There was no hard sell and no rush to do anything I was not ready to do. There are other doctors in this practice and from what I hear, they are all great, but Dr. Dillawn set the bar high for me. Hopefully this great bedside manner and knowledge carries through the procedure well into after-care."
