Just for the fun of it, this morning I put on a pair of my husband's jeans.  To my suprise I was able to pull them up and button them. They are a bit snug, Now I know I can wear jeans just get a bigger size. Have a Great day!!!!!

I had another 11lb weight loss. With my highest weight I lost 80 lbs, since surgery I've lost 62 lbs. There is actually muscle in my arms!!!!!

I don't know if this is good or not. I lost another 5 pounds since my Post op check up on Dec 13th. I feel I should have lost more, but I'm ok with losing the 5 lbs.Happy Holidays to all, be safe and God bless.

I weighed myself today during my son's DR appt, I'm now 258 lbs. I'm so excited.  I haven't weighed this much in years.

I just made an appt for my 3 month check up. Only this time I have to go back down to San Diego . Last time I went there for a check up, it tooks us a very long time to get home because of traffic.  Oh well that life I guess.

Well, Had to reschedule my appt, I'm so glad I don't have to go to SD. My appt is now at 10am on Dec 13 in Anaheim.  The only downfall is i have to find someone to pick up my oldest son from school, He gets out at Noon.

I went to luch with my sister this past Wed, To my suprise I was able to fit into the booth comfortably. Another wow moment is I'm able to fit in my Tinkerbell shirt that I had gotten a long time ago. It's a Plus size one size  fits most. I was not able to wear it until now.  Happy dance

I met with DR Tanaka for my post op, which was very short and sweet.  He did not take my blood pressure, Just asked me some questions, wrote out a perscription for vitamins, and told me to do aerobics and workout with weights. I didn't lose anyweight I guess I hit a plateau. I hope that all changes.

Last night for some strange reason, I kept throwing up. I didn't feel sick or anything, I even kept throwing up to the point where stomach acid was coming up. Anyway I'm better now. Today is my 1 month post op appt with DR Zorn, I'm excited to see how much more weight I've lost. My excitement dance. I know shouldn't get my hopes up, May have not lost as much who knows.

I decided to try 1 slice of cheese pizza. Low and behold the pizza stayed down, I ate about a 1/4 of it.  The only thing I really missed was pepsi, I was so dying for one.  I also had a tiny bite of cake, didn't hurt me at all. 

I had an appt today with my PCP. I'm Pre diabetic, Have Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 1. I've had protein spilling into my urine, Just hope that the WLS has somewhat relieved that. On the other hand since surgery I've lost 25 lbs total, My blood pressure is good and so is my pulse.  I feel Great!!!!
