Hi guys, yes it has been a while. I haven't written anything since 2007 but I'm back now because I fell off the wagon due to several challenges but I have one year to get back on track and ready to wear the 'right' dress for my daughters wedding. So here goes another personal journey and goal. My goal is to loose the 35lbs I regained. I was very happy at weighing 178lbs. So encourage me and wish me the best. I need your help.
