Best Wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery! Weigh to go! I just read another post from someone who just had surgery and the thing that hurts the most is their BACK. And it is PAINFUL, not just uncomfortable. THE LAST THING YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR SURGEON, BEFORE THEY PUT YOU UNDER, IS TO PUT SOMETHING UNDER YOUR KNEES TO TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR BACK!!! Time and time again folks are coming out of the O.R. and their back is killing them. It’s because you are lying flat on your back for hours on a hard surface. How long can you do that now? If the surgeon will just put a rolled up blanket under your knees this problem will be eliminated! Got It?... Good…. Problem solved. (Or at least talk it over with him/her).

sorry I have not written in so long but here it is....my baby boy is now 5 months old and so far I have had all the blood work done the chest x-ray, the ekg and I am scheduled to have the endoscopey done on 9/5/03....all I have left is the psyc evaluation and the nutrition evaluation and then I am set to get my surgery date. I am hoping for the the first of the year, I pray my son will be finished nursing by then. Keep praying.

Well here I am about 7 weeks away from having the new baby. Then my count down to surgery will start again. I am really looking forward to the day I can start getting smaller instead of bigger. Oh well the baby is worth the wait. Thanks for all your support.
