Ready to get serious!

Well it is mid April and it won't be long til my June 2010 surgery date is here! I met with a friend today that is post op 3 weeks with the same surgeon I will be using. She is so inspiring and enlightening! She gave me a lot to think about!!! Today I will begin reading up on Dr Lamar's post op diet and preparing my mind and kitchen for my new life! I'm ready to get serious!!
