just home today after RNY LAP surgery last Monday.  Feeling pretty good, just tired and sore.  I will write more on the weekend.

Recieved approval from insurance and now a pre-op physical on the 14th and surgery on the 25th!!!

Well I have a date of January 25!  I am waiting for final approval from Ins. but I think that is just a formality. 

Well am through almost all the requirements of my Insurance.  One more meeting with the dietician and surgery the end of January.  I am having the surgery done laproscopicly.  How much time do I need before I can return to a desk job?

I am having a tough time trying to take a little weight off before surgery.  I do well for a few days and then fall off for the same.  I have a appt. with the dietician in Friday and with a phsycologist on Monday and then another dietician app. mid December and then Surgery.  Anybody else have trouble being motivated before surgery to lose weight??

Here I am ready to make the change of lifestyle and have to wait 6 months for my insurance.  Oh well, at least there is a solution at hand.  I have my 4th visit of 6 with a dietician on Friday.
