I finally got it done!

I've completed my surgery on my birthday.  It was a scary process, and at times I don worry if I made the right decision.

The nurses/staff have been very nice to me.  I even had one of the nurses do a happy birthday rap to me right before I was wheeled into the operating room.

So - now the real work begins.............
