This is it - this will be my last fat New Year's Day!! I got up and went for a walk this morning and I feel invigorated and motivated. I am cleaning out all of the junk in my house - my family is just going to have to get used to not having crap around - if they want a snack, they can have something healthy! If it's not in the house, I won't eat it.I am coming up on my one year anniversary. I know I could have done better, but I have lost 53 pounds - not too shabby. But it really irks me when I go to see my doctor and he tells me I'm not doing very well. WTH??????? I've had three surgeries this year - two following my lap band surgery, that put me out of commission for 3 months. Overall, I don't think I am doing too bad, considering.
I have 70-ish pounds to lose and I will lose them before June 1st.
