Albany Medical Center Hospital

"The 7-3:00 shift sat outside my room chit chatting all day long. They all have very active social lives. Luckily, the daytime PCA was helpful and caring. 3-7 shift the pits ..... too much noise, young, and very inattentive. Too busy socializing and not enough time spend looking after the needs of the patients. 11-7 Actually, this was the best overall staffed shift. Jennifer, who wears the lavender scrubs, is a top notch RN. She met the needs of the patient without being asked. You returned to your bed after being in the bathroom and it had been straightened up. PCA's were quick, efficient, and quiet. "

"Dr. Panza is outstanding. She listens and takes her time with each patient. She is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. She always takes the time to answer any questions that you might have. She's the best."
