How much sf jello is too much sf jello??

I'm 9 days away from my surgery on 11/2 and I can completly wipe out a 12 pack of sf jello from Kroger in 2 days. My nurses said don't worry about calories but I feel like I'm eating a small villages worth of jello. Has anyone else done this? What did you do to keep the hunger away??
