2 months out

May 20, 2010

I couldn't be any happier; I am feeling great and loving my new look. The weight is coming off and so are my clothes i am buying new clothes but I am limiting myself because I know that I will lose more and then need new clothes. I am starting to exercixe more my fiance and i have made plans to walk down to the basketball court and play there then walking home which is up large hill. I need to make working out more interesting because it get board with the same routine which results with my stopping. Another plus is I am getting my protien in FINALLY... I found one that I like and I can get down. Next week end I am going to see my family in Vermont the last time i seen them I was one week post op so it will be a nice change and they will be able to see the progress that i have made.

I am allowed to eat what i want ( of course within reason) but i have found my trouble food MEAT most of the time meat just hurts my pouch, and it makes me not want to eat it. I mean its not a total bad thing but i was a big meat girl before... I know things will change but its hard to get used too. My co workers always forget that i cant eat many things so when they bring the donuts and cookies in i am a little jelous, but i have found what helps curve my sweet tooth, SF hot chocolate i love it it hits the spot every time.

I will have to post some pics very soon maybe this week end i want to put a before and after pic next to each other so i can see if i can see it i know i can feel it.and my clothes being so lose i can notice.

Oh yeah the one thing i love the most is you can start to see my collar bones which you werent able to see before
