Well, today is my 9th day after surgery and so far I am doing well. Yesterday was the first day I could take a deep breath without it hurting and really swallow liquid. Before it was one sip and then it would be uncomfortable. Maybe my stomach was just bloated still and pressing on my lungs and keeping me from swallowing. I don't know, but it feels great to be feeling so much better. Tomorrow I go to the doc for my first check up. Hope it goes well!I still am having a problem with getting all of my protein in. I just get so sick of it! But today I am going to try to double what I have been drinking so wish me luck. lol
