"The Dr. seemed very nice, he made some jokes, which really opened things up, one of which telling me if I ate too many carbs, it would give me bad smeely gas, and then I would have no social life, and another about the toilet getting half of the nutrition, so I had better warn my family that the toilet was going to grow. He made sure to include my husband in our discussions and made sure we both knew what we were getting into."
