Still feeling good

I have lost a lot already and my energy level is getting much better now.
I can keep up with my daughter and not need to pass out after.
I have my second follow up this Wednesday , to get the third stage started.
I can't imagine how that will go. I am having a hard time getting all my stuff in as it is, food not pureed will be interesting. I am looking forward to it.

It is now August 9th and my procedure went great. I was home on the 6th and feeling good. Today I have been drinking my protien shakes and so far so good. I have realized how important drinking is , I can tell instantly if I need to have a drink, I get a bit light headed. August 14th is my first follow up appointment and then I can hopefully start stage 2....with some regular food in the mix, I am looking forward to that. I really am not that hungry at all , but I am excited to try stuff just the same. I am having a wonderful recovery time.

Well, Here it is July 11th , I
am off to vacation at the Cape and before you know it , It will be August 4th and the big day will have arrived ! I am loosing a good amount of weight now and already feel so much better, I can only imagine how I will feel in a year or 6 months. The other day my daughter Natalie and I walked all of Walmart 2 times and I didn't have to sit down at all. That is a big accomplishment for me.
My total weight loss right now is 47 lbs...!!!

I have a date. We decided to do it after my vacation. The date is Monday August 4th. I am thrilled to have a date on my calender !!!!

One day until my 37th bday.
I just found out my last pre operative appointment is May 14th. My insurance company has approved all of them, thank goodness. I lost 2 more pounds, So I am up to 26 lost. Dr. Jiser wants me to loose 35, I am working very hard.
