I am less than 12hrs way from going in for surgery, and I really don't know how I feel.  I think I am nervous, but think I am ready.  I think I am excited that I'll get to eat real food in a week or so lol!

I am only two days away from surgery now.  I had my sons first birthday party yesterday and have a long day of laundry ahead of me today.  I was kind of sad not being able to have at least a piece of cake for my baby's birthday, but I was alright, it was the smell of the pizza that everyone else was eating that sucked the most lol!  MMM...yummy slim fast is all I had to say about that LOL.

Today I went to buy some jello ;) sugar free, and some more juice for after surgery.  Had problems finding Magnisium Citrate that I am supposed to drink tomorrow, but hoping and praying that walgreens if not walmart with have it. 

It still feels sur-real that I am going to be having surgery on Tuesday.  I think I am excited, but I'm also scared because again, I've never had any type of surgery before in my life, not even a C-section or wisdom teeth removed.  I keep joking around with my hubby and friend "what if I die" of course I don't think I will, but of course that thought goes across your mind.  WHAT IFS....ugh, I hate them lol.

Well, probably won't get on here tomorrow, and like I said, got TONS of laundry to do, so wish me luck and send me your prayers!

Had my scope done this morning.  Dispite feeling a little groggy, I feel great.  One more step closer to surgery!!!

Finally got to talk with Margie earlier today and I'm scheduled for my scope next Wed, anestiea appt on the 5th and surgery on the 19th of October!

I got a call from Margie today, and Tricare approved my surgery!!!  Next step (I'm on hold right now...literally) get my appointment for my scope and set a firm date for surgery.  I have a tenative date right now of the 14th of October, however my baby turns one on the 16th so I figured I better change it.

I got a call from Margie this morning saying that she got all my records from the base and she is going to submit it to Tricare.  We also set a "tenative" date for my surgery for October 14th...which I later figured I'd be changing that since my little man turns one years old on the 16th and I dont' want to be in the hospital for that Right now I am hoping that I can just bump it up a week or back a week, but Im phyced!!

I had my appt with Dr. Azan today to have my heart checked out.  After waiting in the waiting room for an hour my appt was over in aboult five minutes.  All was looking good!  One more step closer! I called Margie to give her a message that I had re-called the base to get my records for them sent over and to hopefully get an appt for next Wed. for my scope.
