The liquid diet worked! I only did it for a day and a half and I lost 8 pounds!!! :) I thank God every day for letting me have this surgery! It's amazing... before surgery I weighed 291.5 and I now weigh 212!!!!! 212!!!! I haven't weighed this much since junior high! I am sooooooooooooooo happy!!!! Thank You GOD!!!!
