Hi. I am a 40 year old married female with 3 beautifu daughters and a very supportive husband, I have had a weight issue ever since I can remember. I am waiting to lose 13 pounds so my insurance company will approve me for lap band surgery. I am in for the fight of my life. I hate being big and I need to do it for myself, to see ,y kids grow up but when it comes to will power, its so hard to say no to Pepsi and sweets. but I know I can do it and I cant wait for the end result. I jsut have to dig deep for the strength and also pray to the almighty one.
