3 Month Check Up With Surgeon

Happy St. Patrick's Day.  Went to visit Dr. Macik yesterday for my 3 month check up.  They measured me, weighed me, asked me what I eat, etc.  Dr. Macik said everything looked good, I was right on track with weight loss.  He asked me if I had any questions or problems.  I am extremely happy.  I could have never done this.  The sleeve is a great tool.  I couldn't do WW one more time.  I would loose 2 pounds one week and 1 pound the next week.  Imagine the incentive to eat right and do the right thing to take care of myself by loosing 64 pounds in 3 months.  This is great.  However, when the left the doc's office, I rewarded myself with a half of bagel eaten in 2 sittings.  I proeceeded to not eat right all day.  Didn't even count protein or water.  I don't know what was wrong with me but I left bad, bad, bad.  My stomach wasn't happy and neither was I.  Back on track today.
