My story..well Im 21 years old and ive always been the funny girl with a pretty face. Ive always been the heavy friend and Ive never been to a doctors appointment when i wasnt told i was overweight. So, the day i weighed myself and realized i was 8lbs away from 300lbs, i decidedsomething had to change. Im lucky enough to not have health problems, and i know that the longer im overweight, the more likely i am to become more unhealthy..I need to fix it now. So, I started doing my homework on WLS and decided to go for it..So far, Ive picked my surgeon, although i have my doubts about his staff and their intellegents, i have all my clearences, and I am currently waiting for insurance approval. I hope to have my surgery in December so that i can go back to school for the spring semester an entirely new person.
