Today is the first day of the rest of my life!!!

After a year of a health and emotional rollercoaster I had the nerve to step on the scale again . What I saw!!! My worst nighmare I was up 50 pounds I am 180 pounds , no restriction in my band ,nothing fits me . I could sit and cry . But That is not an option I went down to my ideal weight once and I will get there again . I already have an appointment for my fill .I will start a workout program today because today is the first day again!!
