Well i made it pre diet i was 366 ewww
and day of sugery i was....... 345 ya i lost 21 puond 
i was so happy now im home and cant wait to see my doc again

Cant sleep 
My day has come and my tummy is killing me i just have so much on my mind i cant wait but at the same time alittle scared well i guess everything will be great and i will have a safe recovery. i guess i should try to get some sleep

So today is the day i start my clear liquid diet!!!! What a day its goin to be. Good thing I'm going to be busy for i dnt have to think about eating lol. Now the count down begins 4 more day till i have my lap band done
