He warms up if you warm up to him. You need to listen to him, or he will scold you.
Overall, I think that he is likely the best in the area, perhaps in the State of NC.

"Most of the staff was wonderful. One nurse decided my medication had to be crushed and put on water. It made me gag. When I told my doctor he said "they crushed it? Why? Who did that?-no, it shouldn't be crushed-of course it made you sick". "
"Katrina is a nice person, but unfortunately is not an in-network provider so my insurance BCBSNC would not cover her charge-but they would have if she were in-network. Dr. Classen's clinic will tell you you can't go with a different nutritionist. Why are they Blue Cross Blue Shield preferred, but she isn't? $200.00 is a lot of money to spend for a group session when I would have gotten individual treatment if I had been able to go to someone in-network and I would have my money in my pocket.
