Eating now in small portions the toning of the body and a full size 26 now from a size 30 I'm now looking to go the next level. Next month I'm looking to go in for another fill making it fill 3.

Ok, I think I've got it. Second fill now at 2 3/4cc and I"m feeling great restriction. Wow! So far since my fill yesterday I've had some cream of wheat, a small bowl for a toddler, tonight I had chicken broth and I'm trying to finish up my 32oz of green tea that I've been drinking all shift (12 hours) I believe I'm finally there and I'm glad to keep this moving. It's a good thing, truly a good thing.

Hey I know it's been a minute, just living life. Working out and handling business. It's so good to be moving again. Down in weight steady since the band, went for my first fill this month. Uneventful and I'm feeling a good restriction. Figure I'll go back again in January. Now I know every doctor doesn't do it this way but Dr. Ferzli lets YOU decide when you need a fill. God knew who my doctor was to be so I'm feeling good. Goal for year end is the last 25 lbs to be under 300lbs. Working hard with my monthly cycle being the only thing that slows me down but otherwise I'm good for a good workout daily. I run up my stairs in the house and working on toning as I'm getting so loose and squishy but he loves it still. I don't so I'm working on the tone factor.

You feel like yourself but you have to be so careful. I came back to work 8/10 and popped a stitch strickly because I don't know how much 6lbs is and I caught something that was falling. Each day I do something that gives me a twinge which my doctor says I must be aware not to keep doing it so I can heal from within.
My scars look lovely and will fade with ease. Go Dr. Ferzli. It all looks very good. Now just to take it easy. To pay attention to the twinges and to keep losing.

Do the dance with me, I'm finally banded, finally feeling like myself and finally feeling like this was the right thing to do. All I can say about banding or any WLS is GET SUPPORT. Don't go it alone as no one as all the answers! I bless God for my brother and his wife who both work with WLS patients as they've successfully resorted my my eating plan and I now feel like a human being I mean I actually went outside today. Such a joy. I even vacummed my carpet and am now working on my ministry notes, new jobs, etc feeling good about going back to work on Friday which wasn't the deal when just yesterday I was followin the old eating style. In a nut they reduced my portions,which reduced my gas and I'm now mobile. It's all good! Will keep you posted and post pics at a later date even the ugly video of how you feel when you've over eaten and don't understand it.
Dr. Ferzli was great as I should come out with NO SCARS due to his serious craftiness so I'm thankful that I'll wear my belly shirts again one day....yeah!

 At work, new date 7/31. Calls to make tomorrow to the insurance and the hospital to ensure when I walk in there 7/31 everything is on point. Dr. Ferzli's office is trying but I'm sure you realize my upsetness for taking these tests to CONFIRM nothing. My joints hurt, I'm very tired and it's all I can do to get to next week but I'll get there. This is all too crazy for words. Here's to the new date.

 Ok the fight is on. No! I did NOT have my band yesterday. I was put in a hospital gown, drained of all my bodily fluid, dry and ready to be told by anesthesia that my cardio report was TOO OLD. 
NO ONE ELSE SEEMS TO HAVE A PROBLEM BUT THIS GUY AND BECAUSE OF THIS GUY I'm going AGAIN this morning for a new cardio report. So far my surgeon is saying they TRY and squeeze me in this week which MUST be done as a consultant I'm NOT getting paid for taking this week off so needless to say this time better be used propery. I will be calling the insurance this morning as well to ensure all this craziness is NOT going to be charged to me as I've done everything. I will going Thursday or Friday or there will be a serious issue on my somone's hands.

This is what I do!!! I'm too exicted and READY as I actually slept all night. Everything in place just had to holla out at all my peoples to say THANK YOU!!! I'll update soon!

 Tuesday this time I'll either be sitting here waiting to get moving or on the road on my way but no matter how you call it there's only ONE more morning of gasping awake to this apena without KNOWING a change is coming.
So I sit this morning with my loving daughter in the house knowing I'm safe. It's crazy but once she was home everything calmed down as being Mommy is something even with all the mistakes I know I can do. I bless God for my daughter and her special smile as that chick is funny and I love her so much.
Well I'm off to the house of God to give praise for this second chance at health and I'll pop through maybe tomorrow as the emotions run. I think I've done everything but there's a few more things to juggle so who knows.

Taking my time now. Working 3 days this week and that's it for the remainder of the month. This is going to be financially rough as I'm consulting so when you don't work, you don't get paid but I'll be paid greatly with my health and that' my most important move here. Everything is done, will call Monday to find out what time Tuesday I need to be there. Wow, Tuesday, only 6 days from today. Just think, this time next week, I'll be banded.
