Today I visited Dr. Vaimakis after 17 days out. She was very pleased with my weight loss. Twenty one pounds total. Not bad HUH!!!! I was hoping for just a little more, but I'll take it. She said everything looked good and seems to working. No adjustments were made being that I'm losing at a good rate. Now that I'm feeling better and recovering well I need to put a little stepping in my exercise. Yes, walk, walk, walk!!!!! Then back to see Dr. V. in month.
