one month later...

here it is already february 18th... one month since my surgery... and i feel great... dont know what dr wegner did to make this so easy on me but im sure glad he did what he did... i have lost enough weight folks are amazed when they see me each week... i am looking forward to the coming year to see how i progress... i have volunteered to assistant coach a youngg boys soccer team... i have not played in almost 15 years or more... this is exciting but scarey...
i feel confidant as i lose weight i will feel more comfortable in public... look out world here i come...
i have volunteered for the red cross and hoping through this tool (the surgery) that i can share Gods love through compassion and understanding assisting and aiding folks at there darkest times...
