how in the world do I track my progress on my chart? I can't get it to update?

I finally feel better today.  I think I have some post-anethesia/surgery depression. I sometimes think what did I do but each day I feel better.  For others it is normal to feel depressed after surgery so just remember why you wanted this and push through the depression.  

i am 2 days away from surgery and getting nervous!!

Getting closer and of course so much anxiety.  I could use all the support anyone has to offer.  My family and friends are very supportive but could use someone who has been through this..

Has anyone had surgery with Dr. Emma Patterson in Portland Oregon?
