"My first impression of him was he is very soft spoken I was immediately at ease with him. His office staff is knowledgable about EVERYTHING I love it because they know exactly what to do for anything that comes up and they are great at calming you down when panic takes over. There really wasnt anything that I didnt like about him he is just all around a great doctor. Future patients should know that once the insurance company approves the process goes fast from there and if you want a pretty quick approval call the office ahead of time and ask for everything they will need and pick it up before you go because if you have everything ready when you get there they will send the letter to your insurance company that same week sometimes as fast as the next day. He does believe in you coming to your follow-up appointments in fact he will have you sign on it so be prepared because he truly wants all of his patients to succeed with WLS. He did go into great detail on the risks of the surgery and also his staff goes over it again at the pre-op meeting. I would rate him and his office a 25 out of 20. EVERYTHING was great he is very competant and his bedside manner is the absolute best...I have 2 favorite doctors that if I could see them for everything I would and that Dr. Bryan Freeman and Dr. Brett Bowie!! I had to give a shout out to the best OB/GYN in Ga. LOL!!"
