I saw Stacy rising from 123  fit  and weighed myself on her scale I weig h 171 according to that scale 11 lbs till goall!!!!I'm gonna try and reach goal by Anniversary on 4/17 I think if I exercise that will take care of those few lbs if I dont make I'm still proud of how far I have come I want to tahng god and Dr lord and thanks for all the kind wors and support

I really have not lost much more I weigh 173  but i feel great about where I am just need to get back to exercising more got really lax on that I cant believ it will be a year next month and I have lost 105 lbs Woohoo

well the scales finally moved went to Ob appointment weighed 176 by their scales 16 lbs away from goal feeln pretty good need to exercise more like I di when I first had surgery my mom brought me a machine  to tone thigh ,abs and arm what I need to tone so Im going to use that with conjunction of walking  I have new pic i need to add tried to add before but they said they were to large  will try again until then thanks for all the nice comments and kind words

Im at a stand still I belive I'm only about 186 now only 5.5 lbs from went I went to see Dr Friedman and Dr Lord on Oct 17 but I'm okay I have no complaints or regrets very happy with results Lost all Boob may need  BOOB JOB LOL  and a little skin I can token up If I start back working out again  well I finall uploaded 2 picture that I had pulled from MY SPACE  I have to fscan some pics of me when I was heavy and put them so you can see the diffrence  well post again soon bye for now

   WHAT A WONDERFUL FEELING

Went for my 6 months today they were all so proud of me and telling me how great I'm doing and look his scale didnt say the same as my PCP but its that time of the month so I am a little bloated I weighed in today at 191.5 making by their scales 86.5 pounds lost  and 60% body fat gone Woo Hoo and if I had to do it all over again I would with no problem

 went to see my pcp just to have her write me a new script she hadnt seen me since 2 months after surgery she was really impressed almost didnt reconize me till I started talking I  weighed on their scale it said 183lb I' gonna wait till my 6 month post op which is Wednesday the 17th of Oct  with Dr Lord and go by his scale  if  his  says the same thing then its correct that will be 95lbs down in 6 months  and 23lbs till my goal weight of 160 I can't beleive this I'm wearing 14 and some 12 and 11's depends on how they are made  I feel so great thanks everyone for kind words and support  I really appreciate alot

I am at a stand still right now been at 195  it seems like a  month  now need to get back into the swing of things especially exercising  going to set up spare room as a exercise room, this going by mom my mom scale never brought me one because I would have being weighing myself everyday

I am so excited about this I want to get to a size 12 but i'm around  200-195  and I'm a size 14-16 we have to see what happens  thanks for all the kind words It really means alot  I keep you posted as time goes on. This is going by my mom scale its off but I dont know how much will have to wait till 6 months on 10/17 to see how much I really lost

Well i weighed my self on moms scale it said I weighed 195 Wow havent seen that in years also i couldnt believe it had to check a second scale checked one at work said same thing I feel so good  I have to give praise honor and glory to god for this being possible I will keep you posted
