Laid-Off

Well as if having the surgery wasn't enough to worry about...I got laid off on the 6th of Jan.    So now if I want to continue insurance I have to pay for COBRA which is expensive for the whole family. I think I will have to pay for just myself for the time being. I am unemployed now and looking for work. I really didn't need this added stress....BUT as Wil Smith said on Oprah.....at every ending there is a new and better beginning. I just have to remind myself of that and know that there is another beginning out there for me. I figure....new year, new me and new job! As far a weightloss goes...I hit a stall after my 1 month anniversary. Just yesterday on the 11th it finally broke and the scale went down.....5lbs! So I now have a 35 lb weightloss!
