4 Year Bandiversary!

Wow, I haven't been here for a while!  Just got an email congratulating me on my anniversary...I would have forgotten about it otherwise.  Just as an update, I've reached my goal and surpassed it by a few pounds.  My current weight is 190lbs and while I've been pretty stagnent the last few months I'm pretty happy. 

I'm at a place where I'm really not pushing myself, which is ok for now.  Eventually I'll get down that last 35-40lbs.  Some of the things I'm greatful for:

I can play with my kids
I can wear normal clothing
I can play with my  kids
I can play with my husband ;)
I can travel without issues
I can walk, take stairs, run to catch a bus
I can play with my kids
I look normal
I feel normal

There's so much more, but I couldn't possible list them all!

I will forever be grateful for this new life and my band!
